In 1846, Ulysse founded his company in Le Locle. The time was one of bold ocean exploration and international trade. Ulysse Nardin set out to develop his marine chronometers for navigation, along with complex pocket watches. He not only ensured the Maison continued to grow but also carried on its spirit of innovation, ensuring the renown of its name.
