About the Role:

Kennedy are seeking a dedicated and polished Sales Associates who share a passion for the world’s finest timepieces to join the team here at Kennedy, based at our stunning Multiband boutique at The Star Casino. As a Sales Associate, you will be a Kennedy ambassador who provides exceptional and committed client service in a true luxury boutique environment. This is a on-going full-time opportunity working across a rotating roster. Working with brands including Carter, Piaget, Graff Diamonds, Ulysse Nardin & Vacheron Constantin

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with management and your peers, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering customer excellence and personalised service
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Identifying customer needs and nurture long term client relationships
• Delivering post-sale client follow ups
• Supporting day to day operations of the boutique as a team
• Committed to ongoing product knowledge training

Requirements and Capabilities:

• Demonstrated experience working in a high-end luxury environment
• Proven luxury client relationship skills
• Exceptional sales history
• Articulate written and spoken communication skills
• Availability to work a roster that includes late evenings and weekends (10.30 – 7.30 shifts) with degrees of flexibility either side of opening and closing.
