Studying at KENNEDY & Co
Whether you start at KENNEDY & Co as an undergraduate or a graduate,
we are committed to helping you through your study. You may face a number
of challenging years, while you complete your university and post graduate
studies. However, it is reassuring to know that you will receive support
and understanding as you complete your study path.
Undergraduate
As an undergraduate working at KENNEDY & Co full time we generally
expect you to take two subjects per semester. If you choose to study full-time
we may be are able to offer the flexibility of part-time employment. To
assist you in your studies KENNEDY & Co offer the following:
- Paid study leave to attend lectures and study for
exams;
- Thorough reference and online information library;
- Use of office facilities on weekends and after hours
for study purposes; and
- A senior staff member to manage undergraduate employees.
Post Graduate Qualifications
We actively encourage our team members to pursue post-graduate study in
particular the CA program through the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
To assist and encourage you in these endeavours KENNEDY & Co will:
- Pay for your ICAA Enrolment Fees; and
- Provide you with paid study leave.
Staff Development
At KENNEDY & Co we value education and ongoing learning and foster
this with weekly in-house staff training and monthly tax cases together
with regular external professional seminar attendance.
